(i) to promote and cultivate sustainable social, economic and environmental well-being for the community, generally;

(ii) to encourage and cultivate community development through education and the creation of livelihoods;

(iv) to undertake and or fund research and educational programmes and to develop such strategies, policies and practices that will enable the efficient and effective delivery of such programmes;
