• Support/facilitate rangatahi to develop skills and support networks to be able to live independently and self- sufficiently in the community. • Advance education by providing holistic intervention and development programmes to address the current needs of rangatahi engaged with the trust. • To work in partnership with others to support rangatahi to reach their goals and providing mentoring and other relevant supports to these rangatahi. • Facilitate access for rangatahi to engage in opportunities that can lead to education, employment, enterprise • Work with others to grow relationships and partnerships that lead to more opportunities for māori enterprise
