(i) Educating Maori concerning nicotine, tobacco, health consequences of use (ii) Publication and any other evidence-based advocacy concerning nicotine, tobacco, health consequences of use (iii) Research into all aspects of nicotine and tobacco, health consequences of use (iv) Acceptance and distribution of funds, carrying out research, education and advocacy directly, or contracting others to do so
