Te Mangungu Marae Incorporated

The Marae is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes, including any purposes in support of those purposes, namely: i) provide a meeting place for the purpose of promoting and encouraging religious, cultural, and educational activities; and ii) uphold and promote the cultural, spiritual, social, and educational wellbeing of its Members and the wider community; and iii) operate in a manner consistent with tikanga Māori and the values of manaakitanga, whanaungatanga and kaitiakitanga; and iv) from time to time, support other charitable purposes exclusively within New Zealand, including the Wellington region.
