Te Kuha Marae

Purpose 2.1 The purpose of this Charter is to set out the role, responsibilities and relationship of the Marae Trustees to the hapū, the beneficiaries of the Marae, and surrounding lands also known as Te Kūha Papakāinga. 2.2 The Charter shall define how the Marae operates as an entity and how it relates to other entities associated with the Marae. 2.3 The purpose of the Marae shall be to: Recognise the whakapapa and traditional history of the Marae, its hapū and whānau members, and to pro
