(a) Educating and informing the public (including school children and members of clubs and organisations) on environmental and sustainable management matters; (b) Establishing and operating a facility at Ocean Beach, Hawkes Bay for the purposes of providing education programmes on environmental and sustainable management matters; (c) To promote an undeunderstanding of the cultural and spiritual connection of the general area to the wider tangata whenua hapu groups, who have mana whenua status.
