Vision Te Hononga Hauora Maori, Hauora Tangata, Hauora Whanau. Mission Te Hononga will provide Maori centred health and well being services, connecting whanau with their community. Goals By 2017 everything we do will be focused on connecting whanau with the support needed to achieve their health and wellbeing. By 2025 Te Hononga will be a centre of innovation in improving Maori health and wellbeing through connecting Whanau
