The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely to regenerate the ecological, social and cultural wellbeing of Rosedale and its surrounding catchment by restoring the mauri of the nvironment, strengthening community connection and esilience, upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and advancing intergenerational knowledge to support a thriving limate-resilient future.
