(a) to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ, (b) to relieve poverty and its effects in the community, and to benefit members of the community, especially those facing hardship (c) to advance education, including by educating people about the person and work of Jesus Christ (d) to educate and develop Christian leaders; (e) to provide training in life skills, parenting, work skills and ethic, and similar practical pursuits

in each case, with a focus on the people of Te Awamutu and surrounding areas
