Tauranga Racecourse Reserve Charitable Trust

(a) the management of the 83Ha Crown reserve (a recreational reserve part of which is set aside for racecourse purposes) for the benefit of the local community and public of New Zealand.

(b) to promote and educate members of the community in the social and health benefits of using the Reserve for equine, golf and other sporting and recreational activities.

(c) the undertaking of such other charitable purposes as are considered by the Trustees to be ancillary or complementary to the above.
