Tauranga Historical Society Incorporated

To foster and maintain a public appreciation of places and things of historic interest particularly in the Bay of Plenty area. To provide for the permanent administration, management, preservation, care, and display of the Brain Watkins House, its contents and grounds at 233 Cameron Road, Tauranga, which are owned by the Society, as a House Museum to be opened to the public as volunteer member supervision is available.
