Tauawhi Charitable Trust

The charitable objects of the Trust are: 4.1 To contribute to the prevention of family and sexual violence by providing developmental opportunities for people involved including education and training programmes, mediation and other support services; 4.2 To provide support services for survivors of family and sexual violence, including counselling, peer support, social work, advocacy and other support services, with a particular focus on male survivors and their families and communities; 4.3 To collaborate with other organisations to enable the development of, and increase access to, support services for people affected by family and sexual violence; 4.4 To increase community awareness and understanding of the incidence and impacts of family and sexual violence through forums, seminars, education and public awareness campaigns 4.5 To engage in any other charitable activities which the Trustees consider necessary or desirable support survivors of family and sexual violence in New Zeal
