To promote, support and empower individuals through life long learning to become confident, connected and actively involved in society. To support and initiate programmes of learning. To initiate and support opportunities for individuals or community groups to participate in learning they would otherwise find difficult to afford. This trust was set up in the expectation of receiving income from a bequest. Until this occurs, turn-over will remain small.
