To advance the ancient Eastern religion of Bhakti Yoga within the Taranaki region as it was propounded by A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Encompassed within this central purpose several others, such as: teaching and encouraging the performance of mantra meditation, narrating the ancient Vedic philosophy and histories, teaching various other forms of yoga, encouraging vegetarianism and a more simple and agrarian lifestyle and distributing literary and media information about Bhakti Yoga.
