As per the constitution, the Company is established for the purposes of and the objects and powers of the Company are restricted to: (a) Encouraging collaboration and promoting and supporting the educational purposes of its shareholders; (b) Promoting and supporting the general educational purpose and activities of its shareholders; (c) Improving the educational facilities and capabilities of its shareholders; (d) Providing financial assistance (including the provision of scholarships and bursaries) to students of its shareholders on such occasions (if any) as the Board deems appropriate; (e)Supporting student educational activities of its shareholders; (f) Supporting staff education and development projects of its shareholders; (g) Supporting innovative educational projects undertaken by staff of its shareholders; and (h) Doing all such other things as may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above purposes.
