Talanoa and Development Project Trust

To establish and maintain a practical and intellectual resource that advances the work previously undertaken to promote peaceful relations in the development (as defined in Harmonising Resources for Sustainable Economic Development in the Pacific Islands Context, Halapua, S., in Environment and Development in the Pacific Islands, ANU & UPNG Press, 1997) of and between social groups using the dialogic process conceived and developed by Dr. Sitiveni Halapua called Talanoa.
