The purpose of the Trust is to operate a not for profit charitable trust as follows: 1. To promote greater networking between the different communities through the practice of Taichi and in particular, in the promotion of greater cross cultural understanding and healthier lifestyles. 2. To promote better health and discipline among New Zealanders irrespective of age through the regular practice of Taichi. 3. To promote Taichi as part of sport curriculum in schools nation wide. 4. To held classes, workshops and other educational activities. 5. To undertake such other activities as may be deeded desirable to meet the aforesaid goals.
