The activities of the Company are to be carried out for exclusively charitable purposes, and the Company has the capacity to carry on and or undertake any business or activity, for furthering the charitable purpose of its sole shareholder, the Auckland Baptist Tabernacle Trust Board (CC28425) to whom all surplus funds are distributed to for the betterment and advancement of the charitable purposes of the Baptist movement of Churches in New Zealand.
