Sugar Trust

The Trustees shall hold all Trust property acquired by the Trust for the benefit of the beneficiaries in accordance with the laws of New Zealand for the purpose of the the relief of poverty, the advancement of religion or education or any other matter beneficial to the community. This includes any trust established solely and exclusively for any of such charitable purposes. It also expressly includes any purpose which is charitable in accordance with the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and any amendments thereto.
