a. To provide assistance and support to people who live street-based lifestyles in the city of Christchurch; b. To co-operate with, and support, where appropriate, any organisation sharing a similar humanitarian concern for those with no fixed abode; c. To seek donations of food, clothing and other necessities of life for free distribution to those in need on the city streets; d. To develop programmes and facilities to improve the lives of those living a street-based lifestyle;
