Company is motivated by the practical outworking of the Christian faith and in line with the charitable objects of the Baptist Union of New Zealand and shall be to provide a variety of affordable, quality housing and care options to older people who are vulnerable due to their age, health or social or economic circumstances and to carry out such other exclusively charitable purposes within New Zealand as the Company shall determine (the ‘Company Objects’).
