St Michael and All Angels Parish Trust

'The Objects of the Trust are set out in Section 4 of the Trust Deed. These include: (i) Furthering the religious, charitable , and educational purposes of the Church and Parish. (ii) Act as an agent for the Vestry in the management, maintenance and development of the St Michael's site. This includes the preservationof the Hertage buildings and fabric e.g. the organ and thestained glass windows. (iii) Management of income, rents and levies received in relation to the operation of the St Michael's site. (iv) Acting in relation to St Michael's Church School as agents of vestry (as the proprietors). This includes the provision and replacement of buildings and capital and/or structural alterations to existing buildings. It also includes insuring the School buildings and the exterior maintenance of the School buildings.
