St John's Close Trust Board

St Johns Close Trust Board Incorporated is a registered charitable organisation that uses a trust find for religous, educational, philanthropic and other charitable purposes within New Zealand. Currently the Board has invested in land and erected ten houses which have been made available to the community. These residence are purchased via a licence to occupy to benefit people by reason of age, disability, or financial circumstances for affordable accommodation. The Trust's other charitable purposes to be considered when finances permit.
