To advance religion by utilising the St Andrews Church at Matakana for betterment of the community and Christian outreach of the Mahurangi St Columba Presbyterian church. To be beneficial to the community by maintaining the historic St Andrews Church and working collaboratively with the owners of Matakana Country Park, where the St Andrews Church is located, by encouraging activities that foster a community spirit.
