Springboard Community Works

Springboard Community Works exists so that every Young Person has "someone in their corner." We do that by providing wrap around services that support Young People as they navigate the challenges of life. We have the following 5 values: HOPE: When it's OK to dream; WELLBEING: Offering the world a better me; BELONGING: Opening our lives to one another; INTEGRITY: Living a life you can be proud of; PURPOSE: Discovering why you're on the planet. This mission is outworked in the following three ways: 1. Local programmes delivered within our community in North Rodney. 2. Regional programmes delivered through collaboration partners 3. Developing youth work capacity in other communities.
