SPACE Northlands mission statement - Thriving Babies, Confident supported Parents, Flourishing Communities. SPACE Northland is a innovative program aimed at parents and their infants. It provides new parents with valuable information on parenting and child development, to offer support and networking in a group and to encourage families to become involved in early childhood education early in their child's life. To provide a venue and trained Facilitators where Community members are given opportunities to connect with other parents; enhancing the connectedness between families and community groups as they share the journey through their child's early months in a healthy and safe environment. SPACE Northland is affiliate to NZ SPACE Trust & NZ Playcentre Federation Organisation .
