To facilitate and encourage the temporary use of vacant or underutilised, land, buildings, properties, or areas deemed in need of revitalisation, whether privately or publically owned, for temporary activities, installations and greenspaces which benefit the community by providing: increased biodiversity; opportunities for community engagement, participation, education and recreation; opportunities for artists, crafters, innovators, entrepreneurs and employment.
