Southern Lakes Health Trust

To investigate, implement and facilitate projects that will help reduce health disparities by improving health outcomes and available healthcare services for all persons in Southern Lakes; To work with other organisations and community groups to advance the objects of the Trust; To work with local, regional and central government and other providers of healthcare facilities to advance the objects of the Trust; To solicit and raise funds and carry out such other activities as are necessary.
