a) To promote activities that strengthens the Sub-Branch for the betterment of its members by way of (1) Establishing a functional and supportive office (2) To authorize procurement and payment of goods and services required for the operation of that office and the fund (3)To finance education and development programs for officers, delegates and members of the Fund (4)To assist members in times of hardship or illness, or their families at times of bereavement (5)To provide any other grants or loans for the benefit of members as they may be deemed appropriate
