ShelterBox Charitable Trust New Zealand (SBNZ) is a affiliate of ShelterBox International.

Our principle purposes are (1) fundraising withing Aotearoa / New Zealand to contribute financial resource for ShelterBox's international disaster relief operations, especially in the form of shelter aid and, (2) raising awareness in Aotearoa of the humanitarian need of people and communities devastated by disaster and conflict who otherwise cannot access support for immediate emergency shelter or to rebuild communities in the aftermath of disaster and conflict.

ShelterBox International are recognised for being at the forefront of modern international disaster relief in their operational delivery and their specialisation in shelter-related support.
