(a) To provide education and awareness to people of the Indian subcontinent and/or diaspora nationality, who have either lost or never received the awareness of their cultural background, of what their cultural background and history is, to enable this class of persons to better understand their identity, and to ensure the value in the history of the Indian culture is not lost (b) To provide education and awareness of the Indian culture, to people who are not of the Indian culture.
