Rotary Club of Christchurch Charitable Trust

1) To pay, apply or hold any trust funds, other assets or income vested in the Trustees from time to time for a charitable purpose within New Zealand which may be specified by the Donor with such restrictions and conditions as shall be acceptable to the Rotary Club of Christchurch Inc. 2) To pay, apply or hold any other assets or income vested in the Trustees for such specific charitable purpose as the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Christchurch Inc. for the time being shall decide.
