Purpose: The purpose of the Trust is for the provisioning and support of accessible education programmes and resources in robotics and related engineering fields including mechanical design and construction, electronics and programming.

The Trust will use or employ both capital and income of the Trust Fund for: Fostering and coordinating robotics competitions for young New Zealanders. Support of groups running regional RobocupJunior competitions within New Zealand; and running the national RobocupJunior competition. Any other initiative that from time to time the Trustees deem consistent with the Purpose of the Trust.

The income and property of the trust, whether during its life or its dissolution, shall be applied exclusively towards the promotion of this charitable purpose.

Principles: The Trust is committed, in attaining its purpose, to: Work cooperatively with others in the sphere of Robotics; and Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
