Rest Assured Respite Charitable Trust

The purposes of the Trust are to devote or apply both capital and income of the Trust funds to, or for, any charitable purpose in NZ, which are from time to time selected by the trustees and are valid charitable purposes. The specific purpose is to provide a respite retreat house or the like for suffers of Myalgic Encephalopathy/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). Please refer to Clause 3 of our Trust Deed
