Refrigerant License Trust Board

Refrigerant License Trust Board (RLTB) was established by CCCANZ (Climate Control Companies Association New Zealand) and IRHACE (Institute of Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers of New Zealand) with funding provided by refrigerant levy collection, initially to develop and provide refrigerant filler and handler training and certification to HVAC&R practitioners. The Trust has expanded its activities to provide training and professional development for people in the HVAC&R industry.
