This support can be provided in many ways but the Trust focuses on a holistic approach which takes into consideration the cultural and spiritual welfare of the person. The Trust aspires to be a leader in the provision of appropriate support services that meets the needs of rangatahi’s cultural and aspirational expectations. The Trust, aims to be provide pastoral care services that enable rangatahi to achieve and excel in their chosen careers. Quality pastoral care focuses on the whole person (personal, social, culture, whanau), it engages all members of the organisation as providers of pastoral care. It actively involves the organisation, whanau in consistent, comprehensive, multi-level activities which incorporates whole organisation approaches, class or other group approaches, individual programs and case work.
