Establish, promote, and maintain the Gorges to See Cycle Trail in the Rangitikei region, for the use and enjoyment by the public, being the communities and residents of the Rangitikei region as well as visitors, for recreation, sporting, tourism, health, scenic, historic, environmental, economic and educational purposes. To be beneficial to the community by promoting & fostering community & economic development in relation to recreational and sport cycling communities.
