Radio Active Charitable Trust

The Trust will hold and operate a non-commercial broadcast licence issued by the Ministry of Culture and Heritage to run a community radio station based in Wellington. A condition of the licence is that the radio station must operate on a not for profit basis and benefit the community including discussion of community issues, including political processes, programming aimed to inform, entertain and involve a specified or underserved local community or communities of interest
