To create an alternative art platform within the wider community of the Bay of plenty region and, with the approval of the Board, other regions throughout New Zealand, by engaging with urban contemporary artists, businesses and the wider community to create opportunities to promote and support street art for the purposes of urban beautification, creativity and/or positive economic outcomes for the region. To provide an annual Street Art festival including community and youth engagement.
