The purpose of the Trust is to carry out educational, spiritual or charitable purposes as follows:

-to work in partnership with local communities, and other agencies to develop leadership among young people and good practice among those who work with young people. -to promote research into youth needs within New Zealand,Australia and the Pacific Islands and the dissemination of understanding around effective approaches to meeting needs. -to resource effective developmental practice with young people and communities in need. -to do all such other acts and things as are incidental to or will further or conduce to the attainment of the foregoing objects or any of them
