To provide grants in support of research into the causes prevention and cure of diseases in human beings relating to podiatry and are limited to research carried out within Aotearoa/New Zealand.

The objects of the trust shall include all such things as the trustees may decide from time to time that are necessary or desirable for the purpose of achieving or promoting any of the objects and for that purpose the trustees shall have and may exercise the rights, powers and privileges of natural persons.

The objects of the trust shall be charitable and shall not include or extend to any purported exercise of power which is or is deemed to be non-charitable.
