The company's constitution defines its activities as follows. 4.1 The Company will carry on its activities in trust, to promote any purposes within New Zealand (whether relating to the relief of poverty, to the enhancement of education, culture and health, to the advancement of issue based screen and performing arts, or any other matter beneficial to the community) which are charitable according to the law of New Zealand, including without limitation the promotion and organisation of events.
