To encourage and support community interest in the performing arts, culture, and education for the benefit of the public, including through the provision of carparking for disabled and able bodied patrons attending performances and the general public, and any other related charitable activities associated with supporting the performing arts precinct, and to use any income to support the Company’s three registered charity shareholders in carrying out their charitable purposes.
