Our vision for Patua Te Taniwha Charitable Trust is to raise suicide awareness by holding community events to stop the silence and stigma associated with suicide.
We aim to connect, guide and support hapori, whānau, hapū and iwi.
We use a whānau centric approach. We currently hold regular Community Healing spaces, Provide Needs-based Scholarships for tamariki and rangatahi aged 9-19 years old, and coordinate a motorcycle awareness kaupapa Ride 4 Life.
