a) To promote the capability of employers in supporting young people into the workplace; b) To enable and engage employers in hiring and managing young people; c) To promote the education of students about the range of career options available to them; d) To promote the education of teachers about the range of career choices available to school leavers; e) To identify and promote labour market issues, employer expectations and career pathways and opportunities; f) To promote the alignment of school-based education with identified and projected employment, enterprise and business opportunities; g) To identify and promote awareness of educational issues relevant to the transition of school students from secondary school to vocational training, further education and ultimately to the workforce; h) To promote such other charitable purposes as the Trustees may decide.
