Pataua Outdoor Education and Recreation Trust Incorporated

The objects of the Pataua Outdoor Education and Recreation Trust are to become a body corporate under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 to be custodians of the Pataua School site or such other site as the Board may decide and to there develop and maintain a camp site or sites and all other facilities deemed by the board necessary to provide outdoor education and character training, physical, mental recreational and spiritual, for boys, girls, adolescents and young men and women of all races and creeds and any other interested person whether residing or attending school in the Northland district or elsewhere within New Zealand.
