The Company is the Corporate Trustee of the Pasifika Medical Association Trust.

The Company is to ensure the purposes of the Trust are fulfilled, namely The advancement of the education of providers of health care to Pacific communities in New Zealand and elsewhere in the Pacific region. And To make a contribution to the well-being of Pacific communities within New Zealand and elsewhere in the Pacific region. And To foster and support the education and training of Pacific health care professionals and students studying for professional qualifications in Pacific health.
