Papua New Guinea and Pacific Island Developement Charitable TrustRemoved March 2024

The purposes of this Trust is to create a fund to be used exclusively for Charitable Purposes in New Zealand. The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund on trust to pay or apply so much of the capital and income of the Trust Fund as the Trustees think fit exclusively for or towards any one or more of the following exclusively charitable purposes, which are declared to be the purposes of the Trust; (a) To relieve poverty and social deprivation of local communities in PNG and Pacific Islands by seeking to create sustainable development of social, emotional, physical, spiritual and educational needs; (b) To support sustainable development in order to relieve poverty and social deprivation of these communities by improving economic well-being and human development outcomes through strategic partnerships with others; (c) For the purpose of furthering the preceding objects to establish service centres, programmes, property and facilities which will enable the Trust
