PACT 2086 Trust is a charitable trust incorporated under the Charitable Trust Act 1957. The purpose of the PACT 2086 Trust is to hold and accumulated investments so as to provide for the promotion and furtherance of the charitable work of the Methodist Church of New Zealand through the redevelopment of the Queen Street, Auckland property when this reverts to the Church in the year 2086 at the end of a 100 year lease.
