Purposes: The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund upon trust to pay or apply, in New Zealand, the income and the capital of the Trust fund to, and for, all such wholly or principally charitable or philanthropic purposes in such amounts, at such times, and subject to such terms and conditions as the Trustees may decide.
